Initial Consultation: While each project is unique, our approach for new custom homes often involves completing a checklist, sketching preliminary ideas, and outlining a rough layout for your residence.

During the preliminary design process, the designer diligently gathers information on the property, including lot size, setbacks, zoning requirements, right of ways, access, subdivision requirements, and city or county ordinances. The designer then produces a preliminary floor plan, site plan, and front elevation for the client's review, ensuring that all items on the Wishlist are addressed. Additionally, two free-of-charge design changes are made to ensure the client's complete satisfaction.

Upon client approval of the preliminary design, the designer initiates the creation of construction drawings. These drawings encompass all necessary details, sections, and layouts required to secure a building permit.

After completing the full set of drawings, the designer will send them to the client for a final review and make any necessary minor adjustments. The company will then provide hard copies to the client for the permitting process.
